Tekyon has remained one of the most popular gay clubs in Istanbul since the early 2000s, despite relocating several times. The club attracts a diverse mix of gay men of varying ages and styles, as well as a significant number of gay tourists. Although its current location boasts the largest capacity among all gay bars and clubs in the city, it is almost always jam-packed on Saturday nights and it is quite crowded on Friday nights as well. The other days of the week depend on the shows and activities they organize, but it will not be busy before midnight in any day of the week.

Cristian Roberto "The drinks are very expensive for Istanbul. There is no menu or price list available for the beverages, which is quite inconvenient. Surprisingly, non-alcoholic drinks are charged the same as alcoholic ones, which makes no sense. Overall, it’s extremely overpriced for a place like this.
